Cheap UGG Boots Are My Second Skin

When cheap UGG boots first hit the shops many moons agao I was one of the first to say "oh my god - what are they, they are awful!" but I have slowly been won over by these fluffly, foot warming boots! I was given a pair for Valentines day nearly two years ago - tall, chestnut Uggs and for the first few months I looked at them suspiciously in the corner of my room until i finally decided to actually put them on my very cold tootsies!
And I suppose as they say the rest is history - UGG boots on sale have barley left my feet since! Being from Scotland I am used to having most body parts permanently freezing but thanks to these little beauties, cold feet are a thing of the past. They are a little on the pricey side and cost approx £160 for the reall Ugg boots that all the clebes wear but you really dont need to splash out on the genuines ones when you can get some gorgeous Aussie Uggs on many websites - just google Uggs and lots of UGGs outlet appear and sell them for as little as £69.00 - bargain!
They really are a staple for any wardrobe especially in this snowy weather and I really lovely my fluffy friends.
Summary: Great purchase, worth every penny!

UGG Australia boots are a staple to anybodies wardrobe!

Fashion or comfort? Usually these two features can never be found together in any item of clothing, be it a jumper or a pair of shoes. However 18 months ago i got my first pair of UGG Australia boots and have finally found the first exception to this rule. At first glance they may seem slipper like and bulky, more suited for snow than the high street. However take a look down your local high street and the amount of converted ugg-lovers wearing them simply demonstrates their absolute cult popularity.
Personally, I have found my UGG brand boots warm and cosy, far more suitable for winter than pumps and extremely comfortable. They look good with jeans or skirts, and go with most colours; definitely a must have staple to anyones wardrobe. Being bulky around the lower leg also gives the effect of a thinner upper leg, a clear advantage for the body-conscious woman.
There are only a few minor disadvantages that I have incurred, firstly, they are not great in the rain, but this can be counteracted by regularly treating with waterproofing for suede. Secondly, after 18months of near constant use, UGG boots on sale got a ripped seam on its side, but in all fairness I am surprised at how long they have lasted in the first place. They can also be slippy on wet surfaces. The problem of the price can also not be ignored, I recommend buying them directly from australia, not a UK shop, as these can be up to 50% off the UK price! Despite these, thay are a great must-have, of the moment item, be it for the sake of fashion or comfort and they certainly look better than cheaper highstreet look-a-likes, you're feet will not fall off the side of these!
Summary: Australia UGG boots are a great boot, once tried forever converted.

Ugg Australia boots are expensive but so warm and comfy!

A bit like UGG Australia boots...only a bit taller!! This latest range from boots are set to be the new fashion. Ugg boots are very popular and have been around for a long time. However if your like me than your probably bored of seeing the same old ones again and again!!
The quilty of UGG brand boots are fantastic. Ive had mune (smaller ones) for 5 years and they are a little bit scrufy round the edges but are still going strong. I decided though to get a new pair the classic tall.
These boots are sooo comfy and are great to wear on scruffy days when your not bothered about dressing up. They are also very very warm and are perfect for winter days. They are a little bit water resistant but if its raining i do find the water gets through and it can take a while for them to dry off.
Just for the comfort and warmth i'd say its definitly worth getting a pair!!

I love Ugg brand boots!

I have these UGG brand boots in 2 colours, chocolate and chestnut and they are absolutly great.
I have had them both for over a year and I would buy some more if I had the money. They are really confortable and have never rubbed or anything which is great.
I think that UGGs for women look really good and they are so so easy to wear. I wear mine with skinny jeans tucked in, with leggings, with skirts, shorts, dresses, tights, bare legs, pyjamas and everything. I do think that they look best though with a short dark blue demin skirt and black tights.
I have noticed a lot of wear on the heels of womens UGG boots (the oldest ones) and they are becoming a little bit uncomfortable but i think that that is because I walk a bit abnormally sometimes. I don't think this is a big deal or a common problem either.
I did use a protector on my boots which has helped UGG womens boots to maintain their quality and colour and I would reccomend doing this really.
Overall I would say that these women UGG boots are well worth the money as they keep my feet warm and dry in the heavy manchester rain!

Ugg boots on sale are fashion and function

I was very sceptical about buying a pair of UGG brand boots. I have had a pair of the cheap version in the past and found them totally unpractical, so I had just put them out of my mind for 3 or 4 years. But recently I've had problems with my feet (suspected arthritis, and I'm only 24!) and my Mum offered to buy me some Uggs as an early Christmas present to stop me wearing my non supportive dolly shoes. It seemed a good idea as the doctor did say i needed well cushioned footwear.
I was reluctant to let her pay £150-£200 for discount UGG boots on the high street and spent a couple of weeks hunting for a cheaper pair online. My advice to you is NOT to bother doing this. I found lots on ebay and ebid which I suspected to be fake, as well as lots abroad with added import tax etc. In the end I was just too scared of buying fakes and decided it would be better to pay more for less hassle.
I had originally intended to buy a pair of discount UGGs boots. I tried them on a couple of times in Office and thought they looked great. However, I was worried they might end up looking bobbly and used before too long, like a jumper would. They would also be even less waterproof than a suede pair! So I tried on a pair of Classic Uggs, and was IMMEDIATLY convinced that those were the ones for me. They are the most comfortable things I have ever put on my feet. FAR, FAR better than the cheap versions and well worth paying 15 times more for!
Unlike the cheap versions UGG boots on sale have a good quality sole with good grips. They also have good support for the back of your foot (I'm sure you've seen girls walking along with their feet falling off the side of the heel and looking stupid!). The best thing is the genuine sheepskin lining though. Synthetic fabric gets sweaty immediatly and smells awful. It also wears flat and goes hard quite quickly. Genuine sheepskin is wonderful, smells nice and stays fluffy.
I also invested in some of the Ugg protection spray which helps make them a little more waterproof. I would advise you to get some of this as it makes all the difference and should prolong the life of your boots.
I have been wearing them every day for a week. Today i wore them in the rain and they were fine. No rain soaked through or anything! Earlier in the week the weather was hotter and they did become a LITTLE unpleasant. Uggs are supposed to cool your feet down in hot weather but I found they made my feet sweat a lot. Though did cool down quickly as soon as I was out of the sun. I also wore them to the pub one night and they were absolutely amazing on the walk home when it was colder. I can't wait to wear UGGs on sale in winter!
If you are considering buying some I would perhaps invest in a dark coloured pair. I had initially intended to buy them in sand but decided chestnut was more practical because it wouldn't show up dirt so much.
So far these are definately worth the money. UGG boots sale are so comfy, perfect for winter and good for your feet. You can also wear them with practically anything. I would hope they'll last a good long time, perhaps i'll update this review in 6 months!
AN UPDATE:
Although everything I wrote before was true, 3 months later I have returned my boots for a refund. Like someone else on dooyoo all the sheepskin fell out at the heel of the boot and at the toe. This made them uncomfortable to wear and was a real disappointment. If i wanted boots that only lasted 3 months I would have bought an £8 pair from Primark.
Having said this Schuh offered me a cash refund straight away.I probably will buy a new pair, in the hope that I had a faulty pair, but the fact that someone else has had the same problem is suspicious.
Summary: no wonder they're so popular! fashion with function.

Ugg Boots are not really uggly boots

I have to admit that when I first saw UGG brand boots I was not the biggest fan. A friend of mine had a pair before they became popular and I remember thinking she looked really silly in them and that I would never buy a pair. Fast forward a few years and inevitably I now own three wonderful pairs.
My three pairs that are own are two of the classic short and one pair of the classic tall Ugg Boots. I have gone back to them time and time again because they have lasted really well, are comfortable and fun to wear and I am now looking at buying a pair of the Cardi ones, the ones that look like a cardigan and look lovely and snuggly and warm!
UGG Australia boots are the footwear phenomenon from Australia, the sheepskin boot popular with Hollywood stars and Australia surfers alike. They have kind of stood the test of time in fashion stakes as they are still in fashion and still going strong. In fact, when it was first produced, over 165 years ago, they were made with surfers in mind, for comfort and warmth after spending hours waiting in the cold sea for a wave.
Yes, Australia UGG boots are expensive but like I've said above do last for a very long time and combined with the comfort and style in my opinion are well worth the money. A classic tall pair are likely to set you back about £170. Now, I know this is quite expensive and I know there are some people who will say that they can buy the very same boot in a cheap store without the little label on the back and pay about £10 but in my experience these always tend to end up looking really old and worn after a few wears. The bottom part where you foot goes tends to fold over and collapse and that is not a good look as well as probably not being very good support for your feet.
In terms of warmth and comfort you cannot go wrong with these. Like I said they are made with sheepskin which is incredibly soft. UGG boots on sale are made with a soft sheepskin suede on the outside and shearling lining in the interior. The lining on the inside allows you to wear these boots without socks which is nice because this lining will keep your feet nice and warm without socks. I do sometimes wear socks though if it is extremely cold outside, however the lining is said to keep you warm when it is cold outside and regulate your temperature when it is a bit warmer out.
The front part of women UGG boots where your toes are is very wide so these boots really do work for people of all shoe sizes, especially for people with wide feet who have problems fitting into regular boots.
The back of the boots feature a stitched on label that says Ugg's to show you that you have the original footwear. I really like the classic tall as they are great to wear in winter for a bit of extra warmth or over a pair of skinny jeans as they fit well over these and elongate your legs. The classic tall come up to probably the middle to top part of your calf and end below the knee. What I like about them too is that you can turn the top of the boot over so you get to view the shearling lining and give the boot a different look than the classic short boots.
The heel and bottom of UGG womens boots is made of a lightweight, synthetic sole which is very hard wearing and does not wear down easily. A visit to their website is well worth it to view all the ranges available and all the other products they offer such as children's products, gloves, slippers, handbags and many many more. Their website can be found at http://www.saleauuggs.com/. All in all they have about over 40 different styles of boots so you can really find something for every occasion and ones that you personally really like.

A life without Ugg boots is a life not worth having

I love these UGG Australia boots but having already had one pair and worn them almost every day for two years I was adamant I had reached an age where I no longer wanted to be wearing the same items of clothing as every teenage girls in London. Then yesterday morning Autumn took hold and I experienced what an only be described as a mini break down for no having any UGG boots on sale sin my wardrobe to wear. I resisted the temptation to go running to my local shopping centre and managed to wait a whole day before I reacquainted myself with these wonderful things. They are very dear (around £190.00, less if you go for the shorter style) but I have honestly worn them more than any other item in my wardrobe and the only reason I got rid of my last pair was because they were looking a bit scruffy (they could easily have seen me through another year if I hadn't abused the suede) The inside is lined with lambs wool which makes so warm and comfortable that they keep me from crying on the cold winter mornings. The sole is also very supportive and the genuine ones really do hold up (it is only the fake ones where you see people treading on the side of the shoe in a manner that looks as though they have taken to walking on the inside of their ankles. I would advise treating the suede if you plan to wear UGG brand boots in all weathers as I did.
Summary: Think of them in terms of "pay per wear" and you will get your moneys worth

Hug from an Ugg!

After years and years of wearing the cheaper versions of discount UGG boots I decided that as I wear them all the time I would treat myself to a real pair.
My Ugg boots are either on my feet or have just come off so I thought that it was time a wrote a review on them.
A little Ugg history -
The fashionable UGG brand boots was an idea conceived by a young australian surfer in 1978 who took lots of sheepskin boots to america and the phenomenon that is the Ugg boot was born but it took until around 1998 for it to become the fashion must have that it is today and even then the collection only including two styles of boots and four styles of slippers.
Cheap UGG boots are also available in many colours now and different finishes,
There is also a great kids and men's collection along with plenty of care products.
They became incredible popular with the celebrity world and at one time or another most celebs and fashionistas were pictured wearing a pair.
So many fakes and copies are made of these boots that almost everyone seems to have a pair and for years I have also worn them paying only approx £15.00 for a cheap pair and as I wore them all the time I did go through many many pairs.
Is it really worth paying the money for a real pair? -
Without a doubt the answer from me is an unequivocal YES!.
As i said earierler for years I wore the cheaper version and replaced them lots and lots of times, the main reasons were either the heel was badly worn away, the fronts got holes in them or the insides became hard and itchy and must as I hate to admit it they became smelly!.
I purchased the real UGGs on holiday in america and paid $140 dollars and as the exchange rate was great at the time they were basically half the price had I bought them in the UK.
I came out of the stores clutching my lovely beige box with the writing Ugg on the front and felt so happy, now please don't think that i am too shallow but I had wanted a real pair for ten years and suffered many bouts of Ugg envy when I saw someone wearing the real thing.
I put them on back at the villa we were staying and they have pretty much been on my feet every since!, the first thing that I noticed was the thickness of the boot itself and the quality of the sheepskin as it was so soft and it was like my feet were being given a lovely cuddle, lowest price UGG boots also felt so much sturdier and comfortable than they cheaper version and I then understood the difference.
They are also good for your feet as there is plenty of room and you are not squashing your feet in anyway or putting pressure on them.
While I was lucky and able to purchase them in America I will pay the full price when I need to replace them.
Fake versus Real -
I have now had my real ones for over a year and they still look brand new, there is no visible wear on the heel and the insides are still as soft as they were the day I bought them and no smells and I wear these most days as they are so practical and comfy and easy to put on in a hurry.
Women UGG boots are made with the best A grade sheepskin available which is soft and dense and makes for a more durable and wearable material, it also allows your feet to breathe as the sheepskin breathes naturally and wicks moisture away and this is true as my boots have never has the sweaty moist feel and therefore no smells!.
They also say that because of the sheepskin that they use it keeps your feet to the same temperature as your body whatever the weather.
Where to get them and the cost -
You can purchase them in certain department stores and on Uggs own website www.uggaustrilia.com or better still be really nice to anyone you know that is visiting America!.
The tall version is available on the website for £190 and the smaller one for £150.
Summary: I love my Uggs and my Uggs love me!

Ugg brand boots – great investment for your feet

I bought my first a pair of UGG brand boots last year just before it got really cold and the country was crippled by the snow. I never used to be a fan of them and was put off by the amount of people wearing them (the fake versions mainly)
I am always cold & have to wear so many layers in the winter that I thought I would give the UGG Australia boots a go. I ordered the tall black classic boots and the cleaning/care kit. When i first wore them, i couldn't believe how warm they were, i felt so snug with the sheepskin. I wore them everyday and everywhere for months. They seem like a lot of money but standing at the bus stop when it was freezing cold- they were worth every penny! Plus I certainly got a lot of wear out of them. The boots are still in top condition and show no signs of wear and I'm sure they will last for years to come!
I would recommend that people do invest in a pair of UGG boots on sale - they go with everything, they're soooo warm and they will last a long time - unlike those fakes that go over on their sides!!

Fancy one?Bid on my UGG brand boots on Ebay!

I'm still in doubt. Can't decide whether I love them or hate UGG brand boots. I think I will go with the second one...My Ugg boots are on Ebay, currently reaching the £30 mark, mind you there is still a day and half left. I only bought them a couple of weeks ago in TKMaxx, mainly because I wanted something to wear with my skinny jeans. I did try. I gave it a go. Than it drawned on me - I will never ever enjoy them 100% and for that reason they have to go.
Yes, Australia UGG boots are comfortable- your feet/toes can spread as widely as you wish. Yes, they look stylish (or you can argue that they are not). Yes, they do look great ,especially the dark brown long ones. Yes, it looks like everybody is wearing them - so you must have them too. And they are really warm too-sheepskin is lovely!
But UGG Australia boots are not practical at all. They don't give you any support, they don't hold on to your ankles, they are not suitable for long walks in the park or next to the sea on pebbles. They look awful even after a little bit of rain and yes, the sole of the boots are getting thinner from day one. And maybe I am the only one but I felt that walking in them required more effort than walking in my MBTs. And they are expensive. Even in TKMAxx.
UGG Australia claims that the boots are the highest quality but I would argue with that, wherever I go I can see the heels turning outwards supporting my theory that the boots do not give you enough support. I had 2 operations on my ankles when I was 15, sadly lost feelings and controls of the right part of my ankles so I really need support from a shoe-the Uggs are comfortable but within two days my toes were hurting as I put more pressure on them and I was missing my MBTs. This could have been enough reason for me taking them back to the shop but at that stage I was still not convinced that they weren't for me.
Light bulb moment came a week later when went out to the park for a walk- it started to rain and within 5 minutes the boots/my socks were all wet - it wasn't a pleasant feeling at all. Later they dried but there were visible water marks on the top. It took me an another 2 days and several wet wipes later to make them look like new. I just knew than that they had to go, I couldn't/can't afford using 2 pair of boots on a rainy day,not to mention I can't carry 2 pairs with me- I commute by bike!
I wore my UGG boots on sale for about 15 days, the sole already started to show signs of wear, they definetely still look newish but not new at all. Should I have returned them to TKMaxx? Tried but I bought them 6 weeks earlier so they did not offer refund. I know they won't go much higher on Ebay and I will lose quite a lot of money on them, and I just wish I would have listened to my mates who did not recommend Uggs at all. One can never stop learning from mistakes.
Summary: Style doesn't mean practicality
